Payment options

We currently offer our customers online payments and bank transfers.

• Card payment

  There is no additional service fees for card payment. It is free of charge. Our online payment service is provided by GO PAY s.r.o., which is a professional payment institution registered on the list of providers maintained by the Czech National Bank, authorized to provide payment services within the meaning of Act No. 370/2017 Coll., on payment transactions, as amended. The Czech National Bank supervises GO PAY s.r.o. in the provision of payment services. For card payments and bank transfers we offer free of charge.

  The fastest way to pay online. You enter your card number, expiry date and CVC code into the GOPAY payment gateway interface - the three numbers you'll find in the signature strip on the back of your card. It's all secured with 3D Secure, so you'll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you'll receive via text message from your bank

    How to use the card payment?

1. When placing an order in our online shop, select the option "Card online".

2. We redirect you to an external payment system provided by "GO PAY, s.r.o".

3. Enter the required debit/credit card information.

4. In some cases, for security reasons, some banks will require you to log into your bank's online or mobile banking to confirm the transaction.

5. That's all! Your payment is successful and what happens next? All you have to do is wait for the package to be shipped and delivered.

• Bank transfer

  It is free of charge. There is no extra cost for choose to make the payment by bank transfer. 

  How to use bank trasfer?

         1. When placing an order in our online shop, select the option "By transfer".

         2. We redirect you to an external payment system provided by "GO PAY, s.r.o".

         3. Choose a convenient payment method and pay.

         4. That's all! Your payment is successful and what happens next? All you have to do is wait for the package to be shipped and delivered.

         5. After completing the payment you will be redirected back to the store. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will proceed with the order without delay.
